Asst. Security Officer

• Supervise Personnel: Manage shift-wise guard deployment, monitor attendance and discipline, and conduct daily staff briefings.
• Access \& Gate Control: Oversee entry and exit points for employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Surveillance \& Patrols: Monitor CCTV feeds, operate electronic security systems, and conduct routine facility security rounds.
• Incident Response: Handle safety hazards, emergencies, or security breaches, and coordinate initial response or evacuations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, incident reports, and staff duty rosters.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in industrial, corporate, or hospitality security operations. Ex-servicemen or defense backgrounds are frequently preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in CCTV monitoring, basic computer tools, crowd control, and emergency first aid/CPR.
• Soft Skills: Strong de-escalation, communication, and crisis-management abilities.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to stand or patrol for long hours during rotational shifts.
