The position is responsible for managing compliance risks, developing and refining processes, and providing strategic guidance to delivery teams to safeguard business integrity and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance management by implementing and monitoring risk and compliance frameworks using GRC platforms, ensuring delivery operations align with regulatory and internal standards.

• Lead compliance assessments and audits utilizing tools such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and internal audit software to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain compliance documentation and reporting using MS Office Suite and compliance management systems, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to stakeholders.

• Provide expert guidance on regulatory changes and risk mitigation strategies, leveraging industry standards and best practices to support delivery teams in maintaining compliance.

• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to address compliance issues, facilitate training sessions, and promote a culture of risk awareness and ethical conduct.

• Analyze compliance data and metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
