Valet/Driver

• Customer Service: Greet arriving and departing guests with a positive attitude, open vehicle doors, and answer basic questions about the venue or local area.
• Vehicle Handling: Safely drive and park customer cars in designated stalls or lots, adhering strictly to property speed limits and traffic laws.
• Inspection \& Documentation: Check vehicles for pre-existing scratches, dents, or damage upon arrival and log them correctly according to company policy.
• Key \& Ticket Management: Tag, track, and secure vehicle keys in a locked key box or management system; issue and collect matching claim tickets.
• Guest Assistance: Help customers with luggage loading/unloading or direct them toward venue entrances as needed.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major traffic violations.
• Driving Skills: Proven ability to operate both manual (stick-shift) and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, or jog short distances in varying outdoor weather conditions for extended periods.
• Integrity: High personal accountability and trustworthiness for handling private vehicles and personal belongings
