Customer Interaction: Manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently, providing satisfactory solutions. Information Delivery: Educate customers about products, services, and company policies. Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and update relevant tools/trackers. Customer Satisfaction: Aim to create positive experiences, build loyalty, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹36,800.00 per month
