About the Role

Btree Systems is looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support placement coordination activities, student communication, and placement operations. This role is ideal for freshers interested in HR, student coordination, and career placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Placement Coordinators regarding student placement requirements and updates.

• Communicate with students regarding job openings, interview schedules, and placement opportunities.

• Coordinate interviews between students and hiring companies.

• Follow up with students on interview attendance, selection status, offers, and joining dates.

• Maintain student placement records, trackers, and reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities.

• Provide regular placement updates to management.

Other requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Willingness to learn and handle placement-related responsibilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

₹8,000.00 per month
