Key Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Examine raw materials, monitor production lines, and test random samples using tools like calipers, micrometers, or gauges. \[1, 2, 3]
• Compliance Verification: Ensure conformity with technical blueprints, drawings, and industry regulations (such as ISO or GMP standards). \[1, 2]
• Documentation and Reporting: Record inspection metrics, log defect rates, and issue non-conformance reports when items fail to meet specifications. \[1, 2, 3]
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to isolate root causes of defects, suggest assembly adjustments, and prevent recurring errors. \[1, 2, 3]
