Location:Remote for other locations candidates, Hybrid for Chennai location candidates (1 week per month onsite). Bangalore candidates are also fine and can be placed at the client location.

• 2 positions: Python, PySpark Data Engineer with GenAI exposure

• 4 positions: Data Engineer (core skills only)

Notice Period

Up to 30 days accepted; priority for candidates who can join in 15-20 days.

Interview Process

Three rounds totally, One face-to-face round is mandatory for all positions.

Mandatory Skills

• Very strong communication skills (non-negotiable)

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Python, PySpark and SQL

• 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering

• Strong hands-on SQL scripting

• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP services

Good to Have

• Generative AI and LLM knowledge (an added advantage for general positions; expected for the 2 GenAI positions)

Key Screening Points

• Communication must be excellent, so check this on the call itself.

• Confirm the candidate is willing to attend a face-to-face interview.

• Confirm the notice period (15-20 days preferred, 30 days maximum).

• Confirm they are comfortable with hybrid work (1 week per month in Chennai).

• Verify 4+ years of hands-on Python, PySpark and SQL, not just overall experience.
