Requirements

• Lead, manage, and drive the overall business performance of the assigned distribution cluster to achieve strategic growth and financial targets.
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and risk management across all locations.
• Develop and execute strategic distribution plans to expand market share, acquire new customers, and deepen existing client relationships.
• Coach, mentor, and build high-performing branch leadership teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal audit standards, and compliance policies within the cluster.
• Collaborate with product partners, marketing, and digital teams to drive cross-selling initiatives and seamless multi-channel customer experiences.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing retail banking branches or distribution networks within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering strong business results, driving sales performance, and managing portfolio growth.
• Deep knowledge of retail banking products, wealth management services, and financial market trends.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk frameworks, and audit standards in banking.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
