International Chat Process (Graduation, 2+ years only)

Job Overview

• Role: International Voice Process Associate / Senior Executive
• Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) \[1]
• Salary: ₹5,000,000 / 5.0 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives) \[1]
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years overall (2+ years in BPO operations, including 1+ year handling international chat/non-voice support) \[1, 2]
• Shifts: US / UK rotational shifts \[1, 2]

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Transition smoothly between voice and chat support tasks if required by business volume.
• Update customer records and interaction details accurately in the CRM database.
• Adhere strictly to data security, process guidelines, and compliance standards. \[1, 2]

Requirements \& Skills

• Experience: 2 years of core BPO experience with at least 1 year specifically in an international chat or voice environment. \[1, 2, 3]
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills (Neutral accent preferred). \[1, 2]
• Education: Any Graduate or Under-Graduate with relevant documentation. \[1, 2, 3]
• Flexibility: Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and night shifts. \[1]
