Accounts Payable \& Receivable

• Vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling

• Customer invoicing, collections tracking

Banking \& Cash Management

• Bank reconciliations

• Cash flow monitoring and reporting

Statutory Compliance

• TDS filings

• Support in statutory audit and tax assessments

Financial Reporting

• Preparation of monthly MIS reports (unit-wise and consolidated)

• Trial balance, P\&L, Balance Sheet

Inventory \& Cost Accounting

• Unit-wise stock reconciliation

• Cost sheet preparation for pharma products

Coordination

• Liaison with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants

• Support for Head Office consolidation
