Home Care Nurse

Role \& responsibilities

• Clinical Monitoring: Check and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and SpO2 levels.
• Patient Care \& Treatments: Administer prescribed medications, injections, and perform wound dressings or basic nursing tasks.
• Advanced Care: Handle adult or baby care, which may include critical, tracheostomy, ventilator, ICU, PICU, or NICU cases depending on patient requirements.
• Daily Assistance: Help patients with personal hygiene, bed baths, diaper changes, and feeding support.
• Coordination \& Documentation: Maintain detailed patient records, report health changes to physicians, and guide family members on proper home care standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualifications: DGNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM certification.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of bedside clinical or ICU/emergency experience.
• Key Skills: Good communication, decision-making abilities, and a professional attitude when working unsupervised in home settings.

Pay

₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
