Staff Nurse (ICU)

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and skilled ICU Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidates should have experience in intensive care, patient monitoring, emergency response, and handling critical care equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate.
• Operate and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and other ICU equipment.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments as directed by the treating physician.
• Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical care interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
• Follow infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients’ families, and the healthcare team.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.

Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Valid nursing registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
• 2–5 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
• Knowledge of critical care procedures, ventilator management, and emergency nursing.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and patient-care abilities.

Preferred Skills

• ICU patient monitoring and critical care management.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) knowledge; ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
• Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
