Ward Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Ward Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients in hospital wards. The ideal candidate should have good clinical skills, patient-care abilities, and the ability to work effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care and monitor patients’ health conditions.
• Check and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes in their condition.
• Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and patient safety.
• Assist patients with daily activities and provide emotional support.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow hospital protocols and nursing standards.

Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing.
• Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in ward nursing preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including day and night duties.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
