Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain customer records and update communication details.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and requirements.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and timely communication.

Requirements

• Hindi \& English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Prior experience in Travel, Banking Services, Hotel/Hospitality, or Customer Support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and polite approach while communicating with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Travel \& Tourism \| Banking Services \| Hotels \& Hospitality \| Customer Support \| Front Office \| Customer Relationship Management are preferred.
