Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to maintain company records, update databases, and handle documentation accurately. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing skills, and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company records and databases.
• Prepare and manage documents using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Maintain accurate employee, client, and case-related records.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
• Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduation.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and typing.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic communication and organizational skills.
