Senior Client Success Manager (B2B Tech)

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion
• Develop and execute account growth strategies including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executives and build trusted relationships
• Oversee active engagements to ensure alignment between SOW commitments and delivery outcomes
• Monitor engagement health and proactively resolve risks, escalations, and delivery gaps
• Collaborate with Delivery, PMO, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution
• Lead contract discussions including SOW restructuring, renewals, and amendments
• Partner with Finance to oversee invoicing accuracy and revenue tracking
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks including regular client and internal cadences
• Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions using emerging technologies like AI, Data, and Cloud

Pay

₹356,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
