City Lead – Operations & Growth (Ranchi)

We are building a fast-growing home services platform (like Urban Company) and looking for a City Lead for Ranchi to launch and grow operations from scratch. This is a hands-on role , not a desk job. What you’ll do:Onboard and manage service providers (electricians, cleaners, etc.) Handle daily bookings and ensure service quality Talk to customers and resolve issues directly Build local network and grow demand in the city Understand pricing and competitor landscape What we’re looking for:1–2 years experience in operations / field roles Street-smart and problem solver Comfortable working on ground (not just managing) Local knowledge of Ranchi is a big plus Important:This role is for someone who wants to build something from scratch , not just manage a team.
