Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Software Sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our software products and services, following up with prospects, and scheduling product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's software products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into sales. Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team. Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM or Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and successful deal closures. Required SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in making outbound sales calls. Basic understanding of software products and services, or willingness to learn. Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Ability to identify customer needs and explain product benefits. Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented mindset. Good follow-up and time-management skills.
