The ideal candidate should have experience in beauty treatments, skincare, and customer service, along with the ability to manage daily spa operations and maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty spa branch. Provide guidance to customers regarding skincare, beauty treatments, and suitable services. Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, and available offers to customers. Handle customer inquiries, appointments, bookings, and follow-ups. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Manage staff schedules and coordinate daily activities. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the spa. Promote beauty treatments, skincare services, and spa packages. Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related concerns. Maintain records of appointments, sales, customer details, and daily business activities. Monitor branch performance and support sales targets. Eligibility Minimum 12th Pass. At least 2 years of experience in a beauty spa, salon, skincare clinic, or wellness centre. Good knowledge of beauty treatments and skincare services. Good communication skills in Kannada and intermediate English. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage daily branch operations and coordinate with staff.
