We are a CA firm looking for a Company Secretary (ICSI) to handle ROC compliance for our audit clients. Work: ROC filings on MCA portal (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, MSME-1, ADT-1) LLP filings (Form 8, Form 11) Company and LLP incorporation, director and capital changes Board resolutions, minutes, AGM notices Maintaining statutory registers Supporting audit team with company law checks Who can apply: CS qualified, CS Executive/Professional cleared, or CS dropouts with ROC filing experience 0 to 4 years experience CA or CS office experience preferred
