Key Responsibilities

Assist in case preparation, legal research and documentation for ongoing litigation matters.

Draft and review basic legal documents, applications, notices and correspondence.

Maintain and update case files, pleadings, orders and hearing records.

Track hearings, filing deadlines and case developments and ensure timely follow-up.

Assist with court filings, e-filing and procedural requirements.

Coordinate with advocates, clients and court staff for matter-related requirements.

Conduct court visits for filing, submissions and other procedural work as required.

Provide day-to-day support to Associates and the Litigation team.

Skills Required

Good understanding of litigation procedures.

Fluent English and drafting skills.

Good legal research and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research platforms.

Pay

₹3,000.00 - ₹3,500.00 per month
