Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and Design
- Assist in creating floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings.
- Visualizations
- Build 3D models and renderings using software like SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Sourcing
- Help select fabrics, furniture, finishes, and lighting fixtures.
- Project Support
- Build mood boards, manage sample libraries, and organize project binders.
- Coordination
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education
- A bachelor's degree in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiencies
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D rendering tools.
- Experience
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience or a strong design portfolio.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
