Role of Business/ Strategic Analyst

Department: Business Strategy & Growth
Reporting To: Managing Director / Founder

Primary Objective: To improve profitability, increase sales, reduce operational costs, and support the expansion of QSR/ Retail chain into a successful multi-outlet QSR-Food/Dessert brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Analysis: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales of all outlets. Identify underperforming stores and suggest improvements.
Profitability Analysis: Track food costs, staff expenses, rent, electricity, wastage, and outlet-wise profit margins.
Menu Engineering: Identify best-selling, high-margin, and slow-moving products. Recommend pricing changes, combos, and promotional offers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
