We are authorized dealers of India's leading premium brands including Johnson Tiles, Johnson Bathrooms, Sunhearrt Ciremax. We are looking for a customer-friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Executive to join our retail team. Job Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Welcome walk-in customers, builders, architects, and interior designers to the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Product Demonstration
- Walk clients through our premium collection of tiles and bathware, explaining product features, designs, and quality.
- Sales & Quotations
- Assist customers in selecting the right products, provide price quotations, and close sales effectively.
- Relationship Management
- Follow up with potential customers who visited the showroom to convert leads into sales.
- Showroom Maintenance
- Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and properly tagged with accurate product details.
Requirements & Skills
- Education
- Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Experience: Previous retail showroom sales experience (especially in tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, paint, or home decor) is highly preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and customer service skills are also welcome.
- Key Skills
- Polished communication, a friendly and confident personality, and active listening skills.
- Language
- Fluency in Hindi and basic understanding of English to handle premium clients.
