About the role

Interactive Insights is a market research company. We need telecallers for feedback and survey calls. This is not a sales or target-based job. You’ll be judged on the accuracy and quality of feedback you collect.

Responsibilities

Call respondents from the given database

Ask survey questions as per the script

Record answers accurately in Excel or an online form

Update call status (completed, not reachable, call-back, refused)

Keep respondent details confidential

Requirements

12th pass or graduate

Clear, polite communication in Hindi (English is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge (typing, Excel/Google Sheets)

Good listening skills and honesty in data entry

Freshers welcome

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
