Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead the store team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day retail store operations.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize profitability.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Maintain visual merchandising and product displays.

Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.

Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reports.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.

Execute promotional activities to increase sales and footfall.

Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management.

Experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or garments retail is preferred.

Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and sales.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and POS billing systems.

Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
