Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Home Appliance Repair Technician with practical knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and other electronic appliances. The ideal candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting technical faults, replacing defective components, and ensuring appliances function efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washing machines, and other household appliances.

Identify electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in appliances.

Repair or replace defective components, wiring, motors, compressors, sensors, and control boards as required.

Troubleshoot refrigerator cooling issues, compressor problems, and refrigerant-related faults.

Diagnose washing machine issues involving motors, drainage systems, water inlet valves, and control panels.

Use appropriate tools and testing equipment to identify technical problems.

Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.

Test appliances after repairs to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Maintain records of repairs, replacement parts, and service activities.

Follow electrical safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC).

2–5 years of hands-on experience repairing refrigerators and washing machines.

Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, compressors, control boards, and appliance components.

Practical troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.

Knowledge of refrigeration systems and washing machine mechanisms.

Ability to use repair tools and electrical testing instruments.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
