At AIginno, we build AI-powered products that help businesses automate customer support, manage enquiries, and improve daily operations.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller who can speak with potential customers, explain our products, follow up with leads, and help our sales team generate new business.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.

Follow up with leads received through our website, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Explain AI products and their use cases in simple language.

Identify customer needs and understand whether our products are a good fit.

Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.

Handle customer questions and share relevant product information.

Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up schedules in a spreadsheet or CRM.

Send product information and follow-up messages through WhatsApp when required.

Work with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.

Follow up with interested prospects until the next step is clear.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.

Good verbal communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers.

Ability to speak in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

A polite and professional approach to customer conversations.

Basic knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp.

Ability to keep track of leads and follow up on time.

Willingness to learn about AI products and explain their benefits to business owners.

A target-focused mindset and interest in sales and business development.
