Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through chat.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude while resolving customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts.

Provide accurate information and guide customers through solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions.

Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Meet response time, resolution time, and quality standards.

Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
