Graduate Trainee Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our engineering team. The selected candidate will receive practical training in engineering processes, production operations, quality control, maintenance, and technical documentation. The role is designed to develop technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and professional skills under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in daily engineering and production activities.

Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Support troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical issues.

Perform routine inspections and assist with quality checks.

Prepare and maintain technical reports, records, and documentation.

Follow safety procedures and company policies.

Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.

Participate in training programs and continuous improvement activities.

Meet assigned targets and complete tasks within specified timelines.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of engineering principles and technical concepts.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic computer skills, including MS Office.

Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a professional work environment.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
