Tele Sales Executive (Franchise Sales)

About the role

We help growing brands expand through franchising. You will call business owners and investors, explain our franchise opportunities, qualify serious leads, and move them toward meetings and closures.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls daily to prospective franchise investors

Pitch franchise opportunities clearly and handle objections

Qualify leads on budget, intent, and location

Fix meetings and follow up consistently until closure

Maintain accurate records in the CRM or lead sheet

Meet monthly calling, meeting, and conversion targets

Who we’re looking for

Background in real estate, insurance, or other target-driven sales

Confident communicator in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)

Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up

Strong closing mindset, and hungry to earn through incentives

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM
