- Education
- 12th pass or graduate; graduation preferred.
- Experience
- 6 months to 2 years in immigration, study-abroad consultancy, IELTS/PTE counselling, or education sales preferred.
- Communication
- Good English, Hindi, and Punjabi speaking skills.
- Immigration knowledge
- Basic understanding of study visas, visitor visas and overseas education processes.
- Lead handling
- Call potential clients, explain services, follow up on enquiries, and schedule appointments with immigration counsellors.
- Sales skills
- Ability to handle objections, build trust, and generate appointments or admissions.
- Computer skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp communication.
