Back Office Executive – Jewellery Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Back Office Executive to manage daily operations across customer coordination, inventory and stock management, order processing, jewellery manufacturing coordination, and accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, order updates, and follow-ups.

Maintain stock records, inventory, and jewellery order documentation.

Coordinate with jewellery stores, manufacturing teams, karigars, and suppliers.

Assist with billing, invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting activities.

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and jewellery industry-specific software.

Ensure smooth coordination between the showroom, back office, and manufacturing departments.

Requirements

Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and other office applications.

Familiarity with CRM, inventory management, billing, or jewellery ERP software is preferred.

Strong organisational, communication, and data management skills.

Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
