- Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping schedules, transport methods, and warehousing to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Compliance \& Customs: Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws, tariffs, duties, and local customs regulations.
- Documentation: Review and approve shipping documents like bills of lading, commercial invoices, and import/export licenses.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and port authorities.
- Risk \& Issue Resolution: Handle customs delays, logistical bottlenecks, or damaged cargo issues swiftly.
