Material Inward Management

Verify incoming materials against the Purchase Order (PO), delivery challan, invoice and approved quantity.

Raw Material Inventory

Monitor stock of cement, fly ash, GGBS, chemical admixtures, lubricants and other plant consumables, as applicable.

Spare Parts Management

Maintain stock of batching plant spare parts, conveyor belts, bearings, electrical items, tools and maintenance materials.

Material Inspection

Check received materials for quantity, visible damage, packaging and identification; report discrepancies immediately.

GRN \& Documentation

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update inward registers, stock registers and ERP/Tally records accurately.

Material Issue Control

Issue materials only against authorized requisitions and maintain signed material issue records.

Daily Stock Reconciliation

Reconcile opening stock, inward quantity, material issues and closing stock; investigate any shortage or excess.

Stock Availability

Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department in advance about reorder requirements.

Material Consumption Monitoring

Coordinate with plant operations to monitor consumption of consumables and materials against production requirements.

FIFO \& Storage Management

Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) wherever applicable and ensure safe, organized storage of materials.

Diesel \& Lubricant Records

Maintain inward, issue and balance records for diesel, oils and lubricants if these items are assigned to the store.

Tools \& Equipment Control

Maintain records of tools, equipment and PPE issued to employees, including returns, damage and loss.

Vendor \& Purchase Coordination

Coordinate with the Purchase Department and suppliers regarding pending deliveries, shortages and incorrect supplies.

Invoice Management

Verify supporting documents and submit material invoices and delivery challans to Accounts within the prescribed timeline.

Inventory Audit

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and support monthly inventory audits.

16

Slow-Moving \& Damaged Stock

Identify obsolete, slow-moving, expired or damaged materials and report them to management for action.

Safety \& Security

Ensure proper storage, restricted access, fire safety, PPE compliance and safe handling of materials.

18

Housekeeping

Maintain cleanliness, systematic stacking, material identification and clear access routes within the store.

19

Daily MIS Reporting

Submit daily inward/outward statements, closing stock, critical stock alerts and material discrepancy reports.

20

Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate with Plant Operations, Maintenance, Purchase, Quality Control and Accounts to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
