Job Description

ASWA Gym, Mehsana is looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage daily front-desk operations and provide a professional experience to gym members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and walk-in visitors.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and membership enquiries.
• Explain gym memberships, packages, facilities, and offers.
• Follow up with enquiries and potential members.
• Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain member attendance and basic records.
• Coordinate trial sessions and appointments with trainers.
• Handle basic member queries professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Coordinate with trainers and management for daily operations.
• Support membership sales and lead conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
• Comfortable handling calls and customer enquiries.
• Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Previous experience in a gym, reception, customer service, telecalling, or sales role will be an advantage.
