Business Development Executive (BDE) – Intern

CodeCaste Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated candidate for a 6-month BDE Internship. The role involves lead generation, client communication, LinkedIn outreach, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and exploring international business opportunities for our IT services.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Connect with potential international clients and understand their requirements.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
• Explore opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
• Assist with calls, emails, discovery meetings, and client communication.
• Maintain lead databases, bid trackers, and CRM/Google Sheets.

Requirements

• 2–3 months of experience in BDE / Business Development / Sales is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, and client handling.
• Willingness to work with international clients.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and Google Sheets/Excel.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 Months
• Stipend: ₹8,000/month
• Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
• Work: On-site
• Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Pay

₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
