Operation Manager

• Logistics \& Production: Manage end-to-end setup, including audio-visual (AV) equipment, staging, lighting, seating, and venue coordination.
• Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and contract third-party vendors for catering, decor, transport, and technical services.
• Budget Oversight: Develop event budgets, track expenditures, optimize costs, and handle post-event financial reconciliation.
• On-Site Execution: Supervise event staff, manage timelines, and troubleshoot last-minute issues on the ground.
• Experience: 3 to 7+ years of experience in event operations, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), or corporate hospitality.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or hospitality.
• Core Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, team leadership, and time-management abilities.
