Ecommerce Executive

Responsibilities

• Priority daily early morning needs to process orders from Marketplace/OMS.
• Make sure all orders are processed within the SLA.
• Need to upload the manifest on the marketplace.
• Order dispatch and pickup follow-up with the warehouse team and raise a pickup dispute.
• Daily Sales Report maintain and send mail to the team.
• Resolve order processing-related issues with OMS and Marketplace.
• Prepare an order pickup and dispute sheet.
• In-house brand daily orders process and pack
• Return management: Maintain daily order dispatch and return sheet

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Experience

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• E-Commerce: 1 year (Required)
