Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Organic Social Media \& Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing fragrance and beauty brand.

The ideal candidate will help strengthen our brand's digital presence through engaging social media content, short-form videos, Pinterest marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and organic audience engagement.

This role focuses entirely on organic marketing strategies without paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing \& Content Creation

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Research trending content, hashtags, audio, and viral marketing ideas.
• Plan and execute creative organic social media campaigns.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and content calendars.

Pinterest Marketing \& SEO

• Design attractive Pinterest pins using Canva.
• Optimize Pinterest titles, descriptions, and keywords for organic reach.
• Research relevant SEO keywords and trending beauty topics.

Influencer \& Community Engagement

• Identify and reach out to relevant beauty and fragrance influencers.
• Engage with followers through comments and messages.
• Help build a strong and active online community.

Organic Traffic \& Content Marketing

• Create SEO-friendly content for Quora, Medium, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop strategies to drive organic traffic to our Amazon store.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities for brand growth.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor social media reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Track organic content performance.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Freshers, students, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut or VN.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content writing.
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
• Ability to research trends and generate original content ideas.
• Interest in fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, and digital marketing.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
