ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative and dedicated Graphic Design \& Digital Media Executive to manage our visual communication, social media creatives, product catalog layouts, and video/reel editing. This job posting caters to both Junior and Mid-Level candidates, with role expectations and compensation clearly structured based on experience.

EXPERIENCE BRACKETS \& COMPENSATION (FULL-TIME)BRACKET A: Junior Executive

• Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years (Full-Time)
• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month
• Key Expectations
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing software (Premiere Pro / CapCut).
• Creation of static social media posts, basic banners, digital product catalogs, and straightforward reels.
• Ability to work effectively under guidance using provided brand assets, templates, and clear briefs.

BRACKET B: Mid-Level Executive

• Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years (Full-Time)
• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month
• Key Expectations
• Advanced mastery across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and basic After Effects).
• Production of high-end visual designs, fast-paced reel editing with custom transitions, audio sync, motion typography, and trend-jacking.
• Independent execution from brief to final delivery with strong aesthetic judgment, minimal supervision, and creative initiative.

PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY \& SALARY CALCULATION

Part-time positions are available for candidates who prefer flexible work hours or project-based schedules.

• Working Structure: Half-day shifts (e.g., 4 hours/day) or fixed days per week (e.g., 3 days/week).
• Salary Calculation Formula:Part-time remuneration is calculated strictly pro-rata based on the full-time salary bracket applicable to your total years of experience

Part-Time Salary\=(100%Full-Time Bracket Salary )×(Standard Full-Time Weekly Hours (48 hrs)Actual Weekly Hours Worked )

• Example: A candidate with 4 years of experience (qualifying for Bracket B @ ₹24,000 full-time) working 24 hours/week (50% schedule) will receive ₹12,000 / month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (COMMON TO BOTH BRACKETS)

• Design engaging graphics for digital marketing, social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and WhatsApp broadcast catalogs.
• Edit short-form video content, reels, and product showreels optimized for social media engagement.
• Format and design B2B promotional materials, product brochures, banners, and digital collateral.
• Maintain visual consistency, brand standards, and high aesthetic quality across all creative assets.
• Organize and maintain digital media libraries and source design files systematically.

REQUIRED SKILLS \& QUALIFICATIONS

• Formal degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or related fields (or equivalent practical portfolio).
• Strong portfolio showcasing static designs, social media graphics, and edited video/reel samples.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop \& Illustrator (Mandatory).
• Working knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects).
• Strong attention to detail, typography, color balance, and layout principles.
