To ensure accurate, safe and professional packing of products and accessories, maintain packing quality, manage material movement and support daily inventory and operational activities.

A. Product Packing \& Quality Control – Primary Responsibility

• Pack finished products and assistive devices as per company packing standards.

• Check each product for physical damage, cleanliness and visible defects before packing.

• Verify all required accessories, cables, chargers, manuals, user guides and other components according to the product checklist.

• Ensure the correct product model, quantity and accessories are packed against the order or dispatch requirement.

• Use appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, foam, bubble wrap, protective sheets and cushioning to prevent transit damage.

• Ensure products are securely packed, properly sealed and labelled.

• Prepare kits by arranging all specified items in the correct quantity.

• Perform a final packing inspection before handing over the shipment.

• Maintain packing tables, tools and materials in a clean and organised condition.

• Inform the reporting manager about missing accessories, defective products or packing-material shortages.

B. Dispatch \& Order Preparation

• Prepare products for dispatch according to the order or delivery schedule.

• Verify product labels, shipping labels and required documents.

• Coordinate with courier partners and ensure packages are ready for pickup on time.

• Maintain packing and dispatch records, including packed quantity and dispatch status.

C. Material Inward \& Outward

• Receive incoming materials and check quantity against the delivery challan or purchase record.

• Record material inward and outward movements accurately.

• Issue products and accessories for packing against authorised requirements.

• Maintain proper storage and identification of products, components and packing materials.

D. Inventory \& Stock Management

• Update stock records in Excel or the company inventory system.

• Maintain accurate stock balances using inward (+) and outward (−) entries.

• Monitor the availability of boxes, labels, foam, bubble wrap and other packaging materials.

• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and report discrepancies.

E. Local Purchase \& Administrative Support

• Purchase routine packing materials and other approved operational items from local vendors.

• Collect bills and receipts and submit them to the concerned team.

• Perform authorised bank visits, document submission and other routine office errands as assigned.

• Assist with other day-to-day operational activities when required.

• Attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

• Ability to pack safely.

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

• Good counting, organisation and record-keeping skills.

• Responsible handling of company products and materials.

• Willingness to perform local errands when assigned.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Freshers may apply.

• Experience in product packing, warehouse operations, inventory or dispatch is preferred.

• Packing accuracy and completeness.

• Zero avoidable missing accessories or incorrect product packing.

• Minimum transit damage due to improper packing.

• Timely completion of packing and dispatch.

• Accuracy of stock and packing-material records.

• Proper maintenance of the packing area.

Employees must follow company packing checklists, quality standards and safety procedures. All purchases and banking-related activities must be carried out with the required approval.
