About the Role

We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Aundh, Pune. The role involves assisting international customers through a blended support process that includes Email, Chat, and Voice.

Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be comfortable working in a US night shift and working from our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Email, Chat, and Voice.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established processes.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet assigned quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Good written and spoken English communication is mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must be willing to work from office in Aundh, Pune.
• Must be comfortable handling a blended Email, Chat \& Voice process.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
