Optometrist cum Salesperson

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and sales-oriented Optometrist cum Salesperson to join our new premium Zeiss Vision Center at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Optometry

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and accurate refraction.
• Perform subjective and objective refraction.
• Understand and explain customers' prescriptions clearly.
• Recommend suitable lens solutions based on customer requirements.
• Provide professional guidance on lens options, coatings and visual solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.

Sales \& Customer Experience

• Assist customers in selecting frames and eyewear based on their requirements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable frames and lens solutions.
• Explain premium brands, lens technologies and product features.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from eye testing to order delivery.
• Maintain excellent product presentation and store standards.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–5 years preferred in optical retail.
• Experience in optical sales and customer handling will be an advantage.
