Interior Design Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to convert premium leads into confirmed projects. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them from their initial enquiry to the final contract signing. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Handle walk-ins and qualified digital leads to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Consultations: Conduct high-impact pitch meetings, presenting design concepts, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and pricing proposals.
• Negotiation: Persuade and close high-value deals with a focus on upselling premium materials and finishes.
• Market Networking: Build referral networks with architects and real estate developers in the Pune market.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in interior, real estate, or high-ticket retail sales.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior materials (laminates, veneers, modular systems) and execution costs.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred but not mandatory if sales track record is proven.
