We’re Hiring: - Estimation Executive (Indoor Sales -Pune)

Location

Dhole Patil Road, Pune.

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in furniture fittings or architectural hardware? We’re looking for a proactive Estimation Executive to join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in driving accurate quotations and seamless order execution. How is Ready to relocate to Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations using system software \& Excel by referring to our product catalogue

• Process LPOs efficiently and coordinate with stores for timely deliveries

• Track orders and upcoming shipments to ensure on-time client fulfilment

• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for special or customized items

• Maintain quotation registers and organized records of pending LPOs

• Communicate with clients to resolve queries and provide technical support

• Handle professional email communication, follow-ups, and status updates

• Deliver excellent customer service with a client-centric approach

• Manage time effectively to meet quotation deadlines and client expectations

Preferred Industry Experience: -

Furniture fittings, architectural tools, hardware manufacturing or distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

• Sales-related certifications are an added advantage

Experience

- 2–4 years of direct sales experience in furniture fittings

Key Skills: -

• Strong English communication (written \& verbal)

• Good product knowledge

• Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Working Hours

- 6 days a week \| 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary

- As per industry standards, based on experience and last drawn salary
