Job Summary

IUP Venture LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented sales professional to join our growing team in Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit schools, educational institutions, dealers, and other potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, and customers.
• Promote and present educational products and publications.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain a strong market presence.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive go-getter attitude.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• A valid driving license and own vehicle/two-wheeler are mandatory.
• Experience in sales, school sales, educational products, publishing, or a related field will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates preferably based in or around Pune or Mumbai, Maharashtra, with good knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
