Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facility-related requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, switches, sockets, lights, and related systems.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and other operational machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Identify potential maintenance issues and take corrective action.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work, repairs, and spare parts used.
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors whenever specialized repairs are required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Follow company safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and operational maintenance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in F\&B, Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Bakery, or Commercial Facilities.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field will be preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle urgent maintenance requirements.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required.
