Job Purpose

Technical selling and client acquisition

Responsibilities

Technical Solution Selling

Understand client requirements and propose suitable automation solutions

Create and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals

Sales Pipeline Management

Develop \& manage a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve individual sales targets

Conduct site visits and follow-ups to close deals efficiently

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Provide post-sales technical support and address customer concerns

Ensure CRM is implemented effectively for Customer Connect \& Relationship Building

Collaboration with Teams

Work closely with the operations and automation teams for seamless execution

Provide market feedback to support product development and improvements

Key Competencies

Excellent client management skills

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficient with local language

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Metallurgy Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be added advantage.

Experience

• Experience with 3-6 years’ experience in B2B Sales of Laser Marking Machines \& Automation
• Solutions/Similar Equipment to OEMs, End Users
• Demonstrated success in B2B industrial sales, particularly within manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, electronics, or related sectors
• Experience in integrating marking machines into automatic production lines is advantageous
