Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Cable Tray Installation Technicians for a project in Dubai. The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, assembling, supporting, and maintaining cable tray systems in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install cable trays, ladders, supports, brackets, and related accessories.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and installation plans.
• Measure, cut, align, and securely fix cable trays at the required locations.
• Install cable tray supports using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Ensure proper spacing, alignment, levelling, and secure fastening of cable trays.
• Coordinate with electricians and other site teams during installation activities.
• Carry out cable tray modifications, extensions, and adjustments when required.
• Inspect completed installations and correct any defects or alignment issues.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards, and site procedures.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at the worksite.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in cable tray installation.
• Previous experience on construction, industrial, commercial, or MEP projects.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and cable tray layouts.
• Knowledge of cable tray types, supports, fittings, and installation methods.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and cutting equipment safely.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in demanding site conditions.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• UAE or GCC project experience will be an advantage.
